Nature is ever-present, and time spent on the deck often brings sightings of wild deer grazing nearby or the soothing melody of native birdsong. A telescope inside the retreat allows you to take a closer look, offering the perfect way to observe the beauty of the natural landscape.
For those wishing to gain a glimpse of traditional kiwi farming, take one of our farm tours which includes a working dog demonstration and complimentary 'farmers smoko'.
