Changes and cancellations to bookings made 7 Days before the arrival date are without charge.

Thereafter the 50% deposit may be charged.
The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 48 Hours' notice.

To confirm your stay please provide a deposit of 50% of the full cost of the reservation.
Balance of the booking will be charged during your stay via the original payment method. 
Please remember to check your spam/junk folders prior to and during your stay for any payment request emails for booking amendment's or if not initial payment method was provided. 

All payments are processed securely via the Little Hotelier platform. Credit card details are required at the time of booking.
Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received and a confirmation email has been sent.

Check-in time is from 3.00 PM- 6.00PM, and check-out time is 10.00AM.

Beresford Rise is self drive, self check in.

Beresford Heights is only accessible via ATV.

Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. Any damages caused by the guest will be charged to the credit card used to book.

Smoking is not permitted. A cleaning fee of $150.00 NZD will be charged for violations.
Pets are prohibited

The maximum occupancy for Beresford Heights is 4 people, and 2 people for Beresford Rise. Exceeding this limit may result in immediate termination of the booking without a refund.

We as the accommodation owner and provider are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the stay.

Guests are advised to secure their valuables and ensure the property is locked when unattended.

We as the accommodation owner and provider are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

Personal information provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
